Andrea Pouland Swor is a Diboll native and the daughter of Sandra and John Ralph Pouland. She graduated from Diboll High School and Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Agribusiness.
She is married to Kevin Swor of Lufkin who teaches agriculture at Diboll High School. They have one daughter, Hiliary Cheyenne.

Andrea is the manager and President of Pouland's "The Everything Store" in Diboll, Texas. She has always been active in FFA and 4-H activities that support the youth of our area. She has served for more than 16 years as a member of the Angelina County Go Texan Committee which promotes the educational merits of high school students. Kevin and Andrea are in the trucking business leased to John & Sandra, Inc. They also raise commercial cattle, show cattle and do artificial insemination and embryo transfer for themselves and other ranchers in the area.

Andrea is a member of the Lufkin Board of Realtors, the Texas Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. She works with her mother as a Sales Associate of Sandra Pouland Real Estate. Andrea is a hard worker and will work hard for you!

Teresa (Thigpen) Pouland is a native of Central in Angelina County, Texas. Her parents are Shirley and Jerry Thigpen. After graduating from Central High School she married H.P. "Roho" Pouland of Diboll. They have two sons, Brandon and Brandal, both students in the Diboll Independent School District.

Teresa has worked with her husband in their logging, trucking and equipment businesses. She also owns Cheers, a full-service beauty salon and gift shop, located at 1019 South Chestnut in Lufkin. As a Sales Associate for Sandra Pouland Real Estate and an investor in real estate, she is creative and has an eye for potential investments.

Teresa is a member of and serves on the Hospitality Committee for the Lufkin Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the Texas and National Associations of Realtors. Contact her for your real estate needs.
